The S-PORT serial communication port communicates directly with the computer through a dedicated switching module, and the upper-level computer interface can perform more functions than key operations. Connecting to a dedicated RS485 module enables remote transmission of digital signals or the construction of an RS485 industrial local area network.

The intelligent 3051 differential pressure transmitter can be equipped with a HART module. When the transmitter is equipped with a HART module, it possesses HART communication capabilities and can be used normally with a conventional HART375 handheld terminal.
