Smart Flange-Mounted Pressure Transmitter — Product IntroductionA smart flange-mounted pressure transmitter is a microprocessor-based pressure/level transmitter with an integral flange-mounted diaphragm seal, designed for measuring pressure or liquid level of corrosive, viscous, crystallizing
A smart flange-mounted pressure transmitter is a microprocessor-based pressure/level transmitter with an integral flange-mounted diaphragm seal, designed for measuring pressure or liquid level of corrosive, viscous, crystallizing, high-temperature or particle-laden media that would clog or damage a standard transmitter connection. The flush diaphragm directly contacts the process — no dead ends, easy to clean.
Key features:
Smart electronics: 16-bit microprocessor with digital signal processing and built-in temperature compensation — high accuracy, low drift, excellent long-term stability (accuracy up to ±0.075 % FS, stability ±0.1 %/year, response time ~120 ms)
Standard output: two-wire 4–20 mA DC with HART® digital communication for remote configuration via HART communicator or PC; PROFIBUS-PA, FOUNDATION Fieldbus and RS485/Modbus options available
On-site interface: intelligent backlit LCD display with local zero and range adjustment
Flange mounting styles: flat flange (平法兰) and insertion flange (插入式) types, direct-mount or with remote diaphragm seal + capillary
Flange standards & sizes: DN25–DN100, 150 lb / 300 lb per ANSI/ASME B16.5, HG/T20592 (DIN) and HG/T20615 (ANSI), EN 1092-1
Isolation diaphragm materials: SS316L, Hastelloy C-276, Monel, Tantalum, 316L+PTFE coated, gold-plated — selected by medium corrosiveness
Housing: aluminum alloy or stainless steel, IP65/IP67, Ex d flameproof and Ex ia intrinsically safe versions for hazardous areas
Power supply: 10.5–42 V DC (digital comm. 16.4–42 V DC)
Typical applications: tank level and interface measurement, pump/line pressure monitoring in chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, power, food & beverage, pharmaceutical, pulp & paper and water treatment plants — wherever media are aggressive, viscous, solidifying, hot, or hygiene requirements apply.
