Application
Special structural design, suitable for different occasions. Can directly measure the temperature of liquid, steam and gas media, as well as solid surface temperatures within the range of -200°C to 1600°C.
Working Principle
The electrodes of the thermocouple are composed of two different conductor materials. When there is a temperature difference between the measuring end and the reference end, a thermoelectric potential is generated, and the working instrument displays the temperature value corresponding to the thermoelectric potential.
The thermal resistance utilizes the characteristic that its resistance changes with temperature to measure temperature. When the resistance value changes, the working instrument displays the temperature value corresponding to the resistance value.
Nominal Pressure
Generally refers to the static external pressure that the protective tube can withstand without rupturing at room temperature. The allowable working pressure is not only related to the material, diameter, and wall thickness of the protective tube, but also to its structural form, installation method, and the flow rate and type of the measured medium.
Room Temperature Insulation Resistance
The insulation resistance of the thermocouple at an ambient temperature of 20±15°C, relative humidity not exceeding 80%, and a test voltage of 500±50V (DC) between the electrode and the outer sleeve is ≥1000MΩ·m.
The insulation resistance of the thermal resistance at an ambient temperature of 15~35°C, relative humidity not exceeding 80%, and a test voltage of 10~100V (DC) between the electrode and the outer sleeve is ≥100MΩ.
