Application
Specifically designed for the petrochemical industry, it can directly measure the temperature of liquid, steam and gas media, as well as solid surface temperatures within the range of -200°C to 1600°C.
Working Principle
The electrodes of the thermocouple are composed of two different conductor materials. When there is a temperature difference between the measuring end and the reference end, a thermoelectric potential is generated, and the working instrument displays the temperature value corresponding to the thermoelectric potential.
The thermal resistance utilizes the principle that resistance has a certain functional relationship with temperature. When the temperature of the measured medium changes, its resistance value also changes accordingly, and the working instrument displays the temperature value corresponding to the resistance value.
Nominal Pressure
Generally refers to the static external pressure that the protective tube can withstand without rupturing at room temperature. The allowable working pressure is not only related to the material, diameter, and wall thickness of the protective tube, but also to its structural form, installation method, and the flow rate and type of the measured medium.
