Application
Usually used in conjunction with display instruments, recording instruments, electronic computers, etc., outputting 4~20mA. Directly measure the temperature of liquid, steam and gas media, as well as solid surface temperatures within the range of -200°C to 1300°C in production sites where explosive substances such as hydrocarbons exist.

Working Principle
The explosion-proof thermocouple (RTD) utilizes the principle of flameproof gap. When an explosion occurs inside the cavity, it can extinguish and cool the flame through the gap of the joint surface, so that the flame and temperature after the explosion cannot be transmitted outside the cavity, thereby achieving explosion-proofing.
The thermoelectric potential generated by the thermocouple or the thermal resistance passes through the bridge of the temperature transmitter to generate an unbalanced signal, which is amplified and converted into a 4~20mA DC signal to the working instrument. The working instrument then displays the corresponding temperature value.

Features

  1. Two-wire output 4~20mA, strong anti-interference ability;

  2. Saves compensation wires and installation costs of temperature transmitters;

  3. Safe and reliable;

  4. Automatic cold junction temperature compensation, non-linear correction circuit;
