The JYUQK (UQK) series is a line of float liquid level controllers / magnetic float level switches used for level alarm and control in open or pressurized tanks and vessels in industrial processes. The controller gives an ON/OFF switching signal when the liquid level reaches the set high or low point, driving pumps, valves, alarms or interlock systems.

Key features:

• Magnetic reed-switch principle — simple, reliable, contact-free sensing of the liquid

• Three standard models:

• UQK-01 — fixed single point, switching difference ≤ 14 mm, horizontal mounting

• UQK-02 — adjustable set point, switching difference 25–550 mm, horizontal mounting

• UQK-03 — continuously adjustable, switching difference 8–1000 mm (up to 2 m on request), vertical mounting

• Wide service range: medium pressure up to 1.0–4.0 MPa, medium temperature -20 °C to +150 °C (aluminum case) / 150 °C stainless steel, high-temperature versions up to ~350 °C

• Contact ratings: e.g. AC 220 V / 1.5 A, 110 V / 2.5 A, DC 24 V / 2.5 A; long service life (≥ 10⁵ operations)

• Materials: stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti / SUS304/316) with aluminum or glass-fiber-reinforced plastic housing; also available in titanium

• Explosion-proof versions for hazardous areas with flammable media (Ex-rated, gas groups IIA/IIB/IIC)

• Optional self-check versions (UQKS series) that allow testing the controller and system during operation

• Output: SPDT/SPST reed contacts for pump start/stop, high/low alarm or interlock
