Variable-frequency cables are mainly used as connecting cables between variable-frequency power supplies and variable-frequency motors, as well as in power transmission lines with a rated voltage of 1 kV and below for power transmission and supply. They are especially suitable for industries such as papermaking, metallurgy, textiles, metalworking, mining, railways, and food processing.
Rated voltage U0/U: 0.6/1 kV.
The long-term permissible maximum temperature of the cable conductor is 90°C, and the maximum temperature during a short circuit is 250°C (with a maximum duration of 5 seconds).
The ambient temperature for installation and laying shall not be lower than 0°C, and the ambient temperature for fixed laying shall not be lower than −10°C.
The permissible minimum bending radius of the cable shall not be less than 15D (D – cable outer diameter, mm).
