YJXLHV82 (ACWU90) is a highly flexible rare earth aluminum alloy interlocked armored cable with PVC outer sheath. It is a 90°C XLPE water-resistant insulated single-core or multi-core flame-retardant cable. Featuring a Class F14 PVC outer sheath, YJXLHV82 (ACWU90) is suitable for direct burial installation and can be used in corrosive environments and non-combustible buildings. YJXLHV82 (ACWU90) reduces the construction difficulty and labor costs associated with conduit wiring.

The cable is factory-assembled with a highly flexible interlocked rare earth aluminum alloy armor and a sealed PVC outer sheath, eliminating the need for conduits and their accessories, as well as labor-intensive processes such as pulling, fastening, and tubing installation.

YJXLHV82 (ACWU90) can be installed exposed or concealed in both dry and damp environments. It is also suitable for Class 1, Division 1 and 2 hazardous locations, as well as Class 2 and Class 3 hazardous locations. For indoor installation, it can be laid on supports, cable trays, ladders, or using cable clips in exposed runs. For outdoor installation, it can be directly buried, or laid in cable trenches, cable tunnels, and other methods.

YJXLHV82 (ACWU90) is marked with sequential length markings every meter to accurately determine cable length. It conforms to the test standards specified in IEC 60502.1 and GB/T 12706.1. Low-smoke halogen-free versions in various specifications are also available upon customer request.
